    Citric Acid Crystals.

     1 x 60 gm pack of citric acid crystals enough to make 5 (125ml) bottles of 10% citric acid solution.

    Directions: mix 2 teaspoons ( or 10ml) of citric acid crystals in 90ml of good water and

    put into empty citric acid bottle. or place entire contents of bag into 625 ml of good water.

    For 50% citric acid solution; place 60 grams of citric acid crystals into 125ml Blue citric acid bottleand fill with good warm water and shake to disolve
